We offer our clients’ high quality enamelled copper wires that are manufactured from 99.97% pure ETP grade copper and insulated with high temperature engineered enamel. It is made as per NEMA standards.

Detail Decription

The offered enamelled copper wires or magnet wires meet all requirements and applications where there is a need to boost manufacturing efficiency. It finds application in AC/DC motors, transformers, alternators, relay coils, white good appliances, pumps, fans, light fittings and other electrical and electronic equipment.

Specifications

• Manufactured from 99.97% pure ETP grade copper & insulated with high temperature engineered enamel
• Wire ranges from 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm nominal diameter (11 to 42 swg & 9 to 38 awg)
• Insulation range available in grade 1, 2 & 3 as per IEC in single, heavy & triple as per NEMA Available in 130(B), 155(F), 180(H) & 200 classes
• Polywrap Wires :Range from 0.4mm to 2.1mm upto 105 as per IS Standards
